Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus
Filling:
1 cup flaked boiled chicken
1 cup chopped fried bacon
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1 cup shredded lettuce
4 beaten eggs, fry with
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus
4 pieces pan fried ham
1 cup sliced seeded tomatoes
9 slices cheddar cheese
18-20 slices loaf bread, toasted
Procedure:
* Combine mayonnaise and AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus. Mix well and chill. Set aside.
* Spread mayo-AJI-SHIO mixture in loaf bread slices. Place chicken on the 1st layer, followed by bacon top with sweet pickle relish on the second layer of bread. Repeat the procedure with remaining fillings alternately with the bread. Secure with toothpick.
* May slice into 4 rectangular portions for easy serving. Makes 8 servings
TACOS PINOY STYLE
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
3 cups boiled and cubed sweet kamote
2 cups boiled and flaked fish
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA FLAVOR MIX
12 pieces taco shells
Toppings:
1 cup cubed tomatoes
1 cup cubed cucumber
1 cup shredded letsugas tagalog
1 cup grated cheese
Procedure:
* In hot oil, saute fish and sweet kamote.
* Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA FLAVOR MIX and saute for 3 minutes. Cool and set aside.
* Stuff taco shell with a spoonful of fish mixture, followed by tomatoes,cucumber, letsugas tagalog and cheese.
* Serve at once. Makes 12 servings
Cheesy Grilled Stuffed Squid
Ingredients:
2 pieces cleaned medium sized squid
2 packs 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus
2 packs 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus
Stuffing:
1/2 cup onion slices
1/2 cup green bell pepper slices
1/2 cup red bell pepper slices
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese strips
Procedure:
* Rub squid with AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus and AJI-SHIO? Pepper Plus.
* Stuff squid with onions, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, coriander, sugar and cheese. Store inside the refrigerator for few hours.
* Grill for a few minutes until cooked. Makes 2 servings
Dijon Chicken Salad Sandwich
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
3/4 c BEST FOODS mayonnaise
1/4 c Sliced green onions
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 ts Dried dill
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Cubed chicken
Lettuce
Tomato
Instructions: Combine mayonnaise, green onions, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, and chicken. Fill croissants with lettuce, tomato, and chicken salad.
