more booboos

last thursday, abba asked me to meet her at the LTO office in our town because she is going to claim her license. and so i did. when i arrived, she already had her license and was only waiting for me. she asked me to come with her to the gate in taytay to eat because she is craving for something she does not know. i was wearing a faded shirt and flipflops at nakarating ako dun. good thing, i was wearing jeans. we ate at star diner and had steak burger, angus burger and fries. nilibre ako ni babba. hehehe...

the next day, upon waking up. my mom and i received a letter from the landowner of the property we are purchasing. the letter says that our contract has been cancelled because of 5 months deliquency in paying our monthly amortization but it can be reinstated within 30 days after updating our account. we have been talking about this for months already. the monthly amortization for this property has been causing us a lot of financial difficulties. so we decided to finally pay the full amount to ease the burden of paying it monthly. on the same day, the property was fully paid. the downside is we have to take it out from the bank. the only money that we have. but come to think of it, it would be a lot easier for the both of us. now, all i need to think of is the money we need for our daily needs and be able to save some. oh i remember, i have to think of the money we need for the construction of our new house. palagay ko magagawan namin ng paraan un. sana... hehehe...
